Join Uniquely Grounded for a hands-on herbal wellness experience where you'll learn how to create your own natural herbal capsules using plant-based ingredients. This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you understand the benefits of herbs and how they can be incorporated into a holistic wellness routine.

During this workshop, you will:

• Learn the basics of herbal wellness and herbal supplementation
• Explore the benefits of selected herbs and their traditional uses
• Learn how to safely fill and assemble herbal capsules
• Create your own custom herbal vitamin blend
• Take home a 7 day supply of herbal capsules made during class
