Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, then shipped via standard USPS or UPS. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.

Local pickup may be available for select items or seasonal pop-ups. Details will be shared on our website or social media when available.

Due to the handmade, natural nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Yes! We use biodegradable and recyclable packaging, glass containers where possible, and partner with local suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability. We encourage you to reuse or recycle your containers.
