How do I book a health coaching session?
You can book directly through our website by clicking “Book a Session” under the Health Coaching page. Once you complete your intake form, we’ll reach out within 24–48 hours to confirm your first appointment.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, then shipped via standard USPS or UPS. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Local pickup may be available for select items or seasonal pop-ups. Details will be shared on our website or social media when available.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade, natural nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
